Windmill Co-op.  All the properties existed before Windmill Co-op and remain private but fences are down and there is a great deal of social and economic integration. Agreements stipulate that owners can pass on ownership of their properties but that has to done with the approval of the Co-op. Not all of Eugene or the rest of the former USA turned out so well.  Almost all the houses have passive solar retrofits.  Almost all the landscaping is edible.  Elder Naj's house is second from the top left corner.  That property transformation started in 2000, well before the Unravelling.  Several other properties had also made significant green upgrades.
