Recorded Live Presentation - SAGE Conference, Worcester, Mass.  November, 2013 - "Transforming Where We Live"  This is a wide ranging presentation that includes a brief look at Jan's 13 year property transformation project,  the nearby neighborhood, allies and assets - public and private, found in many cities and towns for transforming culture and economy, a look at a number of citizen initiated green projects in the Northwest and finally, the benefits from making these changes.
