In early March, my friend Sandra and I, visited a very interesting neighborhood in a town near to Eugene. In order to protect the identity of this very special neighborhood, I will only say it is in a town with a university that identifies with an aquatic mammal that has big teeth, a flat tail that helps builds dams across streams and gnaws on trees.
The neighborhood is really eclectic. Its on the edge of town, lots of food being grown, many unusual structures, gardens and a wonderful co housing site.
