Cape Cod and New York City Part Two

Susan knows my friend Betsy.

I met Susan because she owns the house in Worcester where my friend Steve lives. We met and talked.  We found out Susan has been going to Wellfleet on the Cape, for many years and met Betsy 13 years ago.  Betsy lives in Wellfleet.  I know Betsy because she is pals with Diana who was a member of an alternative community I lived at in the Arkansas Ozarks in the late 70's. Betsy visited the remote community a number of times.  We found out we both knew Betsy and decided to make a visit to see her in Wellfleet. We were glad we made the visit.

After the brief stay at Betsy's, I took a bus to New York City for my final full day of the trip.  One last visit to Manhattan.  I saw Jena at work and then checked out the High Line - a former elevated rail way that has been turned into an elevated pedestrian way.  Wow!  One of the most nice urban features I have ever seen.  One can gawk at the city without worrying about being hit by a car.  Dinner with Jena and Arun, then a drive around Brooklyn with awesome views and of Manhattan with great color commentary from Arun.

Next morning, to the airport and home to Oregon.  This was an expansive trip.
