Here is a photo gallery from Jan's visit to Italy and Alghero. After one month, there is a lot to look at. Each foto in the gallery will have a caption to explain. Hover over the bottom of the foto to see the caption so it does not cover the foto. My excuse for this trip is to do some serious work on my book, "A Primer For Paradigm Shift." That plan is working out well. Lots of progress with a lot to go.
Fotos below are in two parts. First, in Alghero, then outside Alghero. Some of the fotos are clustered like fotos of my apartment just below or a visit to nearby Bosa with Lenora, Cesare and Emi, A cluster from the cat colony. Fotos are not necessarily in calendar order.
Here are some fotos taken on a trip to nearby Bosa with friend Dani. She has some property just outside Bosa where she has lived off the grid in recent years. Incredible views because going there is going up some very steep slopes. Off the grid but very dependent on a car.
These fotos are from the big wind. A couple weeks earlier there was a nice wind that kicked up some good sized waves but this wind was a good deal stronger. One of my wants for this time in Alghero was to see a substantial mare agitato,,, rough seas. This wind really did that. I had seen maps from Ventusky weather website of the Med while in Eugene and wondered what the graphics looked like in real life. Now I know.
