You may be interested in this web version of a DVD. Its about some really interesting perspectives relating to big changes in our lifestyles, economy and future. Makes a lot of sense. There are a lot of real life examples of what people are already doing to live more green and local like turning grass to garden, doing great stuff in neighborhoods, what faith communities can do.

Its part practical/how to and part philosophical. The info really scorches our economic system, but the guy makes a really good case for big changes.
