by bike

take the west bank trail north out of maurie jacobs park

pass rasor park, pass stultz avenue and the town homes, back on the bike path, through the woods

go past the first paved bike spur to the second paved bike spur where there is a 6 foot white metal post, rapids are just opposite in the river. the turn is a mile and 200 yards past the bike bridge in maurie jacobs park to the mall

take the second bike spur- go left, up slope, follow the path to hillcrest, then to river road. straight cross river road with taco time on the left. follow hillcrest, it curves to the right and becomes melvina, another block to horn lane. cross horn lane, another block and melvina ends. turn left on benjamin, 212 is the 6th house on the left. lots of plants in the front yard

by car

go north on chambers from 6th and 7th street area, cross over the railroad trax, chambers becomes river road. go a mile, passing goodwill on the right [check out the mural]

turn left at the second stoplight after good will. horn lane is to the left; caution, the same street is arbor is to the right

go one block to melvina, turn right on melvina, one block turn left on benjamin. 212 is the 6th house on the left, permaculture front yard

by bus

take the santa clara bus to horn and river road. it is the second stop [and second stop light] after good will. follow same directions above from horn and river road
